Snow on Palms?

I guess it was a fitting end to a weird weather year that we would have snow! It is such a rarity in these parts that the world stops and everyone enjoys it before it melts. This snow lasted from about 1 a.m. until 10 a.m. when it melted away. While it lasted it was so much fun, but a bit odd to see snow on palm trees over a swimming pool!

It looked like Christmas for a few hours and that was wonderful for all of us. I hope everyone out there has a wonderful Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year!
